Noble Plaza - Located just a few blocks from campus and close to the highway, Noble Plaza is most popular with university students and visiting scholars.

Originally built in 1962 as a motel for that year's Seattle World Fair tourists, the conveniently-located Noble Plaza has one-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 330 to 700 square feet. Each unit has a private kitchen with a full-size fridge and a full bathroom. The living room and bedroom have wall-to-wall carpeting.

The apartments have on-site coin-operated washing machines and dryers (3 washers and 4 dryers) and a responsive on-site manager. Seventy percent of the tenants are quiet graduate students or research scholars.

Noble Plaza is in close proximity to John Stanford International Elementary, Hamilton International Middle School, and Roosevelt High School. Just blocks away from University of Washington, UW Medical Center, Roosevelt Clinic Center, Children's Hospital, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, Kaplan Test Prep Center, and quick transit to downtown Seattle!
